The hotel is conveniently located near the river and offers a terrific spot for exploring the city. The rooms provide plenty of entertainment options but some may face views that lack privacy. The service standards are high, ensuring guests are well taken care of. The dining experience is excellent, although there may be delays at times. Overall, it's a great option for a stay in Dublin with some minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, but being adjacent to the outside patios of 2 raucous pubs brought noise late into the night. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some lapses in professionalism for a special occasion. The location was convenient for the Aviva Stadium and had great dining options nearby. The dining experience was average, but with slow service and high prices. The facilities were cosy and nicely furnished.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with comfortable and stylish rooms, but unfortunately had an outlook on the Dylan Bar roof where three street cats liked to reside, which wasn't ideal. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist, especially Luke, the Front office manager. The location was convenient but a bit far from the Temple Bar Area. The dining options seemed a bit expensive, and I ended up skipping them due to limited choices around the hotel.

The hotel's location behind a pub on Baggot Street may lead to noise late into the night, and the room overlooking the pub's beer garden was not up to our expectations. Although the rooms were subpar, the staff's local insight was greatly helpful during our stay.
